Who We Are


Go Resourcing has engineering, technology, facilities, TM and manufacturing at its heart. Founded by seasoned recruitment professionals Richard Sobol, Paul Thirlwell, Edward Devanney and Joe Burrows.

Go’s offering has a diverse operating platform, with fixed locations, onsite operations, strategic hubs and embedded in-house with clients.

Unlike our competitors we focus on hand picked skilled appointments and insist on an ongoing consultancy role with clients to manage staffing strategy as part of their business plan.

Ultimately, our approach with clients is one of joint enterprise – a collaboration that brings our skills, expertise, resources and energies to bear in order to deliver the best possible results first time and every time.

 There is no science attached to our approach. We simply utilise "old school" recruitment methods with the most up to date and innovative approaches to provide both our candidates and our client companies solutions and successful outcomes.
